Atlas Canada is looking for a socially responsible individual with creative ideas to join our team as Quality Assurance & Training Lead.

 

The Quality Assurance & Training Lead position is responsible for maintaining strategic partnerships with our agency family/professional van operators and overseeing service issues/complaints related to our household goods moving and storage services.

 

What you will do at Atlas Canada:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all issues and penalties related to the Government of Canada account, as well as private client and corporate accounts.
  • Address service issues and manage client relations to ensure satisfaction.
  • Support the Atlas quality initiatives program, monitor results and participate in the quality committee.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance protocols to monitor and improve service delivery.
  • Guide agency members to ensure effective operational and quality service execution.
  • Present training materials to agency family and customers on quality initiatives.

Employment Type & Hours: Full-time position with work hours between 8:30am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.  Some travel required with this position.

Qualifications

What you will bring with your background: 

  • Post secondary education in Logistics, Business or related field with 3 years minimum job-related experience.
  • Experience in client relationship management and service quality assurance.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experienced in MS Office including Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
