Atlas Canada is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and versatile candidate to join our Government & Corporate Services team! The candidate should enjoy working in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional customer service to our customers.
The Customer Care Specialist's duties include the following:
- Manages the client experience from the beginning of the move process until the post-move processes are completed.
- Reaches out to the client to explain the initial steps of the move and establishes expectations with the customer regarding future contact points with Atlas and our Agents.
- Ensures all future move points (pack/load, unpack/delivery) are communicated and is available to answer questions.
- Provides just-in-time information to the customer to prevent confusion for the client.
- Ensures the customer is aware of what articles are being moved (including personal motor vehicles), what the client’s remaining responsibilities are (in conjunction with the OA), and what items are inadmissible to the move.
- Documents all notes/communications in database and are available to our internal partners such as Claims, Finance, Financial Services and Operations.
- Provides a soft/warm hand-off to our claims team to ensure that both parties have all pertinent information required to facilitate a positive resolution.
- Collaborates with appropriate Internal Client Specialist to ensure proper documentation is in place to assist Financial Services when processing moves and serve as the customer’s primary point of contact for all Atlas Corporate/Government moves.
- Works with the Team Lead towards providing a clear, consistent, and outstanding experience for our clients.
Employment Type & Hours: Full-time position with work hours between 8:30am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. Possible overtime during peak season.
